I was curious so I asked if he is planning to buy a commercial property and he replied that he is looking for one for his parents. They are migrating fromIndia and he thinks that they should open a small Indian restaurant in the commercial area, as people would prefer to eat cheap and healthy food during their working hours. According to him, his parents have a successful Indian restaurant back home and since his wife is pregnant, they are planning to relocate to be close to their only grandchild. I told him that he should search the Internet for commercial property sale, as it is would only take him an hour or two to come across several potential locations for his parents.
