How to Clean Your Tongue and Get Rid of Chronic Bad Breath

Cleaning your tongue is super easy, takes less than 20 seconds and should form part of your dental hygiene regime. We all know that we have to brush our teeth regularly but it seems that many of us forget to clean our tongue as well.

It’s essential to do this because the tongue harbours all sorts of weird bacteria and other germs which if led to grow uncontrollably can cause chronic bad breath, nobody wants to be the bearer of chronic bad breath because it will usually mean that your breath stinks pretty bad, and people will just avoid you. The worst part is that you will not have a clue that you’re giving off this awful smell, because people are far too polite to tell you about it.

All you have to do is to scrape your tongue using a a spoon or a toothbrush or a dedicated tongue scraper, a very useful effective tongue scraper is the orabrush, and can be sought quite cheaply.
